Easy Returns

  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags intact.

  • You must provide proof of purchase (invoice or order number).

  • Items must be returned in the same condition as received.

  • Return requests must be made within 48 hours of receiving the item by contacting our support team.

Non-Returnable Items

Due to hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Pacifiers, baby feeding items, or toiletries

  • Underwear and personal wearables

  • Discounted or clearance items (unless damaged or defective)

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, a refund will be processed within 7 business days via your original method of payment or mobile wallet.

  • In case of a rejected return (damaged, used, or incomplete), the item will be shipped back to you at your expense.
